Yeah I saw these in a catalog about two years ago called "Uncommon Goods." Its a sweet catalog with lots of fun stuff! The trick to not needing this is that if the penis looks bigger, close the diaper and wait a few minutes until the diaper becomes warm and then stops being warm. If the penis seems smaller...then you're safe!
